No little welcome note and small gift in the room for platinum members, that i always receive. Everything including the colour combinations around the hotel, which clearly don't fit together, was wrong. This hotel is simply not good enough for a category 5 and a complete waste of money and a stay in frankfurt. It was the first time I stayed at a Tribute portfolio hotel from Marriott and Gekko House didn't disappoint. The staff was very efficient and friendly, the rooms are clean and creative. I would not want to work more than 2 hours there, but I was at FormNext and dinner from 9 AM until 9 PM, so that was not an issue. The bathroom was roomy and had a large walk-in shower. Not sure why the fine print overrides the banner at the top of the website.
